摘要
本文以不同耐力负荷的雄性 Wistar 大鼠心脏为研究对象,采用活体腹主动脉注墨,组织切片,HE、Masson 染色等方法,观察了不同耐力负荷下左室乳头肌纤维及其血管的变化规律。
The methods of pouring ink into abdominal aorta,tissue sectioning,and staining its H&E,Masson were used in wisterrat,the results were as follows:1.The changes of exercise load and form structure could be divided into three periods:thestrengthened period of the compensation of the papillary muscle function;the hypertrophy period of the cross section of papillary muscle;the degeneration period of papillary muscle tissue.2.The capillary density increased with the increase of exe(?)cise load.However,when the increase surpassed the compensation of muscle fibre function,its density decreased,whichled to the ischemic and anoxic local injury of papillary muscle fibre.The degree of injury increased with the increase of exercise load and there was an accumulated effect.3.Blood vessels linked with the heart chamber increased with the increaseof exercise load.The increase was particularly noticeable for myocardial sinusoid.When the increase surpassed the compensation of the papillary muscle fibre,the sinusoid became blocked.
