论农民工失业及社会保障机制的建立与完善——以重庆市为例

The Unemployment of Peasant Laborers and the Construction of Social Security Mechanism

近年来,城市农民工的失业和社会保障问题引起了人们的普遍关注。本文以重庆市农民工失业现状和原因的社会调查为基础,分析了重庆市农民工失业保障中存在的问题,并对建立和完善重庆市农民工失业保障机制提出了初步构想与建议。

In recent years, the problem of peasant laborers′ unemployment and social security in the city has been paid attention to universally by the people. This article, based on the social investigation of peasant laborers′ unemployment and its causes in Chongqing, analyzes the problems in the unemployment security of peasant laborers in Chongqing, and presents the initial proposition and some suggestions for the unemployment security mechanism of peasant laborers in Chongqing.
