摘要
"以人为本"目前在国外首先是在发展观论争中被凸现的。离开生产力标准,抽象呼求自由、平等和人权是西方人道主义的老毛病。在国内,周扬等人倡言人道主义,而胡乔木和黄楠森等先生从历史观上否定人道主义,形成两种意见。黄先生至今对"以人为本"的理论怀疑陷于过时模式,而薛德震先生对他的批评是有道理的。
The concept of 'taking human beings as the essential' appears recently in the argument on the view of development in foreign countries. Abstractly appealing to the liberty, equality and human rights without mentioning the standard of productivity is the old fault of the western humanism. In this aspect, there have been two opinions in China: Some scholars with Zhou Yang as the representative proposed humanism, while other scholars, such as Hu Qiaomu and Huang Nan, denied humanism from the historic view. Mr. Huang has been suspecting the theory of 'taking human beings as the essential' and it is rational for Mr.Xue Dezheng to criticize Huang′s view.
