水分散体包衣制备奥昔布宁渗透泵片 被引量:4

摘要 目的以丙烯酸树脂水分散体EudragitRS30D为包衣材料制备奥昔布宁渗透泵片。方法以丙烯酸树脂水分散体EudragitRS30D为包衣材料制备奥昔布宁渗透泵片,采用相似因子法考察包衣方面因素对体外释药的影响,并与同类进口片进行比较。结果衣膜中增塑剂种类、衣膜材料和释放介质对释药影响显著,自制片体外恒速释药24h,与同类进口片释放行为相似。结论采用水分散体包衣制备渗透泵片,同样达到了预期的控释目的,为研究开发新型的控释制剂奠定了基础。 OBJECTIVE: To prepare the oxybutynin osmotic pump tablet coated with Eudragit RS 30D. METHODS: Oxybutynin osmotic pump tablet was prepared with Eudragit RS 30D as coating material. The influences of the film on release in vitro were investigated by use of similarity factor method. RESULTS: The types of plasticizer, coating material and release medium had significant effect on the release rate of oxybutynin from osmotic pump tablet. The drug was released from OPT at the controlled rate over 24 h. The release curve of self-prepared OPT was substantially similar to that of the imported Ditropan XL. CONCLUSION: It provided the new technologies for osmotic pump tablet.
