摘要
目的测定不同产地、不同等级、不同炮制方法杭白菊挥发油中代表性成分β榄香烯、樟脑、龙脑的含量。方法用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用毛细管气相色谱法,以正辛醇作为樟脑、龙脑的内标,正十四烷作为β榄香烯的内标测定上述3种成分的含量。结果不同采摘时间的杭白菊β榄香烯含量无明显变化;不同产地、不同等级杭白菊β榄香烯含量有所差异。樟脑及龙脑含量低,变化无规律。结论产地、炮制工艺、等级均可以影响杭白菊挥发油中3成分含量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of β-elemene, camphor and borneol of essential oil extracted from Flos Chrysanthemi-collected from the different sources, or divided into the different grades, or with the different preparing processes. METHODS: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. The contents of the three components were analyzed by gas chromatography with HP-5 (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) capillary column, n-tetradecane and n-octanol were used as internal standard substances for β-elemene, camphor and borneol respectively. RESULTS: The content of β-elemene did not change significantly when Flos Chrysanthemi was picked in different period, while it changed at certain degree in Flos Chrysanthemi from different areas or with different grades. As for camphor and borned, their contents were considerably poor and varied irregularly. CONCLUSION: The contents of the three constituents are influenced by the factors, such as the plant areas and the preparing process.
