Fast Analysis of Volatile Compounds in Essences by Headspace-Solid Phase Micro-extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 通过在香精样品中加入饱和NaCl溶液,建立了适合香精样品直接自动化分析的顶空 固相微萃取 毛细管气相色谱 质谱联用分析方法。采用保留指数检索对质谱检索结果进行进一步的确认,以提高对挥发 性成分定性分析的准确性。结果表明:香精中主要含有茴香脑(42.4%)、丁子香烯(5.5%)和β 石竹烯 (4.3%)。该方法的精密度为4.0%~8.9%。 A method for automatic analysis of volatile compounds in essences by headspace-solid phase micro-extraotion-gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (SPME-GC-MS) method was established. By adding some saturated NaCl solution in the essence samples, the interference of extraction solvent can be effectively reduced and the sensitivity of analysis can increase greatly. In identification of volatile compounds in essences, a method was applied by combining the mass spectrum and retention index library search. In the essences the main compounds( detected by HS-SPME) were anetbole (42.4%), butanoic acid 1, 1-dimethyl-2-phenylethyl ester(23.0%), eugenol(5.5%)and beta-caryophyllene (4.3% The precision of this method was between 4.0 and 8.9. The result shows that this method is suitable for the research and the quality control of essences.
