摘要
采用灰铁基体材料,在不预热情况下通过增加Ni+Re过渡合金熔覆层,再选用专用高硬度的合金焊丝进行激光送丝堆焊试验;分析堆焊过程物相变化,探索过渡合金对高硬度厚层堆焊裂纹倾向的影响规律,寻找高硬度厚层堆焊情况下防止裂纹产生的工艺方法。堆焊采用白制专用白动送丝机构,用Thermoari一SCINTAGX’ TRAx射线衍射仪和ThermoNoran VANTAGE一ESI能谱分析堆焊层物相组成。
With gray cast-iron as matrix material, by adding Ni+Re transition layer overlay without preheating, a laser feed build-up experiment was done with special alloy wire. Through analysing of phase transformation during laser build-up, the influence of transition alloy on the trend of cracks was explored when employed high hardness and thick-layer surfacing. Was studied and a technique which could forbid crack was found. A special wire feeder made by ourselves was used, the phase composition in build-up layer by Thermoarl-SCINTAGX' TRAX ray diffrac- tion instrument and Thermo Noran VANTAGE-ESI energy spectrometer were analyzed, and the gradient of hardness in build-up layer with and withouttransition layer overlay was invegstigated.
