摘要 目的 :检验和评估武警部队某部新兵集训期体能训练的效果 ,为进一步干预和指导训练提供依据。方法 :采用整群抽样方法 ,对武警某机动部队 4 0 0名新战士集训前后的身体形态、身体成分、身体机能、肌肉力量和运动素质 34项测试指标进行分析比较。结果 :新兵通过体能训练体脂减少 ,瘦体成分增加 ;心肺机能和有氧能力提高 ;肌肉力量改善 ;运动素质得到发展。结论 :新兵入伍集训期的体能训练能够促进新兵体质的全面发展 ,但身体素质和运动能力距离军事活动的要求还有差距。 The purpose of this article is to examine and evaluate the result of the physical training at the stage of recruits’ training. 400 recruits as a whole sample were chose from a reserve force of People’s Armed Police to test their physical shapes, physical compositions, physical functions, muscular strengths and kinetic qualities before and after training. The comparative analyses of 34 test indexes show that by training physical strength the recruits’ fat become less while their thin compositions are more; their cardiopulmonary functions and oxygen abilities are increased; their muscular strengths are improved; and their kinetic qualities are developed. The writer comes to the conclusion that the physical training at the stage of recruits’ training can promote the overall development of the recruits’ constitutions. However, their physical and kinetic qualities still fall far short of what the military activities expects of them.
