摘要
研制了一种功能较齐全的物料干燥特性试验装置,可用于模拟空气集热器——干燥室型太阳能干燥装置的运行条件。用它做了20余种物料的干燥特性模拟研究,其结果为太阳能干燥装置的设计提供了理论依据,对已有太阳能干燥装置的工况调整和运行管理也有指导意义,对使用常规能源的干燥装置亦有参考价值。
In this paper an experimental apparatus for studying the drying characteristics of materials is introduced. This apparatus with varied operating modes uses a computer to control its working condition and acquire the test data. It can be used to simulate the operating state of solar collector-greenhouse drying devices, More than 20 materials have been tested on this apparatus and their drying characteristics have been obtained, All the results arc valuable for the design of solar drying devices. They can bc used in the adjustment of the working state and the operation of solar drying devices. It is also helpful to the drying devices using ordinary energy.
