摘要
对在斜—平面扇形固定瓦推力轴承瓦面上在内、外经上同时设置封油边时,基本参数斜面比对轴承性能的影响进行计算和分析,提出这种结构的最佳斜面比。
It is an effective method to set up resistive oil edges on the pads in order to further raise the load carrying capacity of taper-flat sector thrust bearing. This paper discusses the bearing with resistive oil edges on both inner radius and outer radius. The influence of die basic parameter--taper ratio on the bearing performance is investigated mainly by theoretical calculations and analysis. The optimum taper ratio of this structure is proposed.
