摘要
全球贸易范围不断扩大,贸易金额大幅度上升,促使各种贸易单证和文件的处理数量急剧增加。与传统国际贸易方式相比,EDI贸易方式具有构成简单、费用低廉、覆盖面广、形式多样化和灵活快捷的特点和优势,使国际贸易往来过程不再依赖纸面单证,而逐渐被电子单证所代替。采用EDI贸易方式,能够使企业有可能获得竞争优势,成为企业增强国际市场竞争能力的一个重要手段。
Global trading scope has enlarged continuously and trading amount has gone up substantially, which makes the quantity of various trading certificates and files to be handled increase rapidly. Compared with traditional international trading way,EDI trading way has the characteristics and advantages that are simple component,low price,broad cover,diversified forms,and flexible and quick,which makes international trade exchange course no longer rely on paper certificate,but be replaced by electronic certificate gradually. EDI trading way can make enterprise have possibility to get competitive superiority,and becomes an important means that enterprise strengthens the competitive ability of international market.
