摘要
提出以正丁醇为溶剂回收顺酐的新工艺。在吸收塔中用丁醇吸收反应气体中的顺酐生成顺丁烯二酸单丁酯,然后在反应精馏塔中将单酯分解为顺酐和丁醇。研究了反应精馏过程操作压力、回流比、塔身温度分布以及进料组成、进料温度、进料中醇酐摩尔比等对单酯热分解反应精馏的影响。
This paper presents a new process for the recovery of maleic anhydride (MA) using n-butanol as a solvent. There are two steps in the process. First MA is absorbed from the gaseous mixture by solvent butanol, and monobutyl maleate (MBM) is generated in the absorber. MBM is then thermo-decomposited into MA and butanol in the reactive distillation column. The effects of different conditions on the decomposition of MBM were studied in the reaction distillation column. The operational conditions involves pressure, reflux ratio, temperature distribution along the tower, feed composition, feed temperature and the ratio of n-butanol to MA, etc.
