过渡金属乙酰丙酮配合物引发淀粉与烯基单体接枝共聚 被引量:7

STUDY ON GRAFT COPOLYMERIZATION OF VINYL MONOMERS ONTO STARCH INITIATED BY ACETYLACETONATE COMPLEXES OF TRANSITION METALS

摘要 研究了Mn(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅲ)、Cr(Ⅲ)和V(Ⅳ)的乙酰丙酮配合物引发淀扮与MMA、AN、AM和AA接枝共聚合反应的引发活性。实验表明,4种引发体系中,Mn(acac)_3的引发活性最佳,它可以有效地引发淀粉与上述4种单体的接枝共聚合反应,并获得较高的PG;Co(acac)_3和Cr(acac)_3仅对水溶性烯基单体AM、AA有良好的引发活性;VO(acac)_2对4种单体的引发活性均较低。4种单体中,水溶性单体比非水溶性单体更易与淀粉接枝,AM的最大PG为324%,AA的最大PG为426%。 This paper studies the initiating activation of grafting methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, acrylamide and acrylic acid onto starch using Mn(acac)_3, Co(acac)_3, Cr(acac)_3 and VO(acac)_2 as initiators. Among the four initiators, Mn(acac)_3 is the best. It can initiate the four monomers to grafting onto starch effectively and the grafting percentage is quite high. Co(acac)_3 and Cr(acac)_3 exhibit good initiating activation only for the soluble vinyl monomers such as acrylamide and acrylic acid. The initiating activation of VO(acac)_2 is low for all these four monomers. By comparison, the soluble vinyl monomers are grafted more readily onto starch than the insoluble vinyl monomers. The maximum grafting percentage of acrylamide and acrylic acid are 324% and 426%, respectively.
