摘要
实验研究了外延腔铜蒸气激光器(CVL)的输出特性。利用延长腔长方法压缩CVL脉冲宽度及光束发散角,得出脉宽及光束发散角随腔长变化规律。找出CPM染料激光放大器的CVL最佳运转状态。
The output properties of copper vapor laser (CVL) have been studied experimentally in this paper. The CVL pulse width and divergent angle have been compressed effectivelly by increasing the cavity length. The dependence of pulse width and light beam divergent angle on cavity length are obtained experimentally.
