Whether or not land market is perfect directly influences the development of every industry and improvement of people's habitation. This paper firstly analyzes the conditions, demand and theories of rural collective building land directly entering into market, then puts forward and expounds the 'double track system' of rural collective building land wholly entering into market and 'three_side system' of directly entering into market.
