摘要
土地是一种重要的生产要素和生活资料,土地市场的健全和完善将直接影响着我国各产业的快速发展以及人民居住条件的改善。文章分析了农村集体建设用地直接进入市场的条件、要求和理论依据,提出并阐述了农村集体建设用地统一进入市场的"双轨制"和直接进入市场的"三方制"模式。
Land is a kind of important factor of production and means of subsistence. Whether or not land market is perfect directly influences the development of every industry and improvement of people's habitation. This paper firstly analyzes the conditions, demand and theories of rural collective building land directly entering into market, then puts forward and expounds the 'double track system' of rural collective building land wholly entering into market and 'three_side system' of directly entering into market.
