摘要
Kevlar 缝合复合材料具有良好的层间断裂韧性和高的抗冲击损伤容限,显示出广阔的应用前景。介绍了 Kevlar 缝合复合材料的制备技术,综述了其测试方法、缝合工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响及其应用的研究进展。
Stitched composites with Kevlar yarns not only possess good interlaminar fracture toughness,but also exhibit high impact damage tolerance.Therefore,they have wide potential applications.In this paper,the fabri- cating technology of stitched composites is introduced.Their test methods,applications and the effect of stitching pa- rameters on composites properties are also reviewed.
