摘要
介绍了一种在铁碳合金表面进行等离子合金化及热处理的技术。在低碳铜表面渗入合金元素 Cr、Mo,表面含量分别达到4%和12%左右,随后进行超饱和渗碳,使表面含碳量达到2.0%以上,合金化层成分接近钼系高速钢。形成的碳化物细小、均匀、弥散,没有粗大的共晶莱氏体组织。试样经深冷处理后表面硬度达到1600Hv。经 X 射线衍射分析,表面碳化物晶体结构相主要是有 M_(23)C_6、M_6C 和 M_2C,尺寸≤1μm。
Using plasma alloying and heat treatment technology,the surface of carbon steel samples can be obtained alloyed elements of Cr,Mo,C.The content of component is up to that of high speed.The fundamental princi- ple is that the surface Cr,Mo content is about 4% and 12% on mild steel by glow discharge sputtering and then al- loyed component is about to 2.0% molybdenum high speed steels with surface carhurising.Fineuniformity carbon is formed.Large eutectic ledeburite is not found.Making use of hardening,low tempering and hardening,cold treatment, low tempering,cold treatment surface dardnessis up to 1600Hv more than other technology.The phase microstucture of surface carbonide is constituted by M_(23)C_6,M_6C and M_2C.The dimension is less 1μm.
