摘要
分析了用于测量强激光能源模块中短脉宽电流的Rogowski线圈的工作机理和电气模型,给出了其结构和电磁参数对测量误差的影响特性,得出了设计具有合理结构和最优电磁参数罗氏线圈的计算方法.试验表明,所得出的有关快速设计与优选罗氏线圈电磁参数的方法是可行的.
Operation principles and electrical models of the Rogowski coil used as ordinary CT (current transducer) to measure the short pulse and large amplitude currents of the high-power laser source are presented. Influence induced by both the structure and electromagnetic parameters of the coil to the measurement error characteristics of the CT are analyzed. Design criterions of optimizing structure and electromagnetic parameters of the coil are proposed. Experimental results show the validity of the presented operation methods of the coil for the heavy pulsed currents of the laser source measurement application.
