摘要
目的 总结经皮下隧道贵要静脉置管用于危重病患者在防止导管性感染和延长导管留置时间方面的经验。 方法 选择 12 0例危重病患者 ,随机分为试验组 (6 0例 )和对照组 (6 0例 ) ,试验组采取经皮下隧道右贵要静脉穿刺置管 ,而对照组采取直接经皮右贵要静脉穿刺置管 ,观察 2组在导管留置时间以及导管性感染等方面的差异。 结果 试验组的导管留置时间比对照组明显延长 ,差异具有显著性。 结论 经皮下隧道贵要静脉置管用于危重病患者可以有效的防止导管性感染和延长导管留置时间。
Objective\ To summarize the experience of preventing catheter-related infection and lengthening ductal indwelling time regarding subcutaneous tunneled basilic vein catheterization in critical ill patient. Methods 120 critical ill patients were divided randomly into experiment group(n=60)and control group(n=60), subcutaneous tunneled right basilic vein catheterization was used in experiment group and direct right basilic vein catheterization was performed in control group. the indwelling time of catheter and rate of catheter-related infection were observed in two groups. Results The indwelling time of catheter in experiment group was obviously longer than that in control group. Conclusion Subcutaneous tunneled basilic vein catheterization in critical ill patient can effectively prevent catheter-related infection and lengthen ductal indwelling time.
