心理健康教育在职业教育中的作用日益突出,对学生进行必要的心理辅导有着重要的现实意义。学校可采取建设专职与兼职结合的师资队伍、将心理健康教育渗透于学科教学之中、倡导主体的自我教育等措施,提高学生的心理素质,提高学校的办学质量。
