摘要
在新的历史条件下 ,不保持党的先进性 ,无以立党 ;不保持党的群众性 ,党就缺乏强大的凝聚力和社会影响力。而要正确处理好坚持党的先进性和保持党的群众性的关系 ,重要的是按照党的十六大通过的修改的党章的要求 ,允许新的社会阶层中的优秀分子入党 。
Under the new historical conditions, the Communist Party of China needs to hold on to being outstanding and being representative so as to continue her strong vitality and social influence. A key approach to strengthening the integrity of being outstanding and being representative is to admit outstanding members from new social groups into the Party in accordance with the Party Constitution as revised on the 16th Congress of CPC.
