延胡索酸泰妙菌素对支原体和大肠杆菌混合感染的治疗试验 被引量:7

摘要 以人工诱发鸡毒支原体和大肠杆菌混合感染为模型 ,以酒石酸泰乐菌素为对照药物 ,评价了延胡索酸泰妙菌素的疗效。按每 1L水中分别加入 31 2 .5、468、62 5mg延胡索酸泰妙菌素及 5 0 0mg酒石酸泰乐菌素的用量给病鸡饮水给药 ,连用 5d。试验表明 ,用药组的成活率、日增重、料肉比、气囊损伤度与感染对照组比较差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;延胡索酸泰妙菌素大剂量组日增重与小剂量组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与其他各用药组比较差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,料肉比与其他各用药组比较差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;酒石酸泰乐菌素组的料肉比与延胡索酸泰妙菌素小剂量组比较差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而与其他各组比较差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。数据分析表明 ,延胡索酸泰妙菌素大剂量组能有效地降低气囊损伤度 。 The disease model was constructed in 240 chickens by injecting Mycoplasma gallisepticm into the bosom airsacculitis and E.coli into the breast muscle. All the therapeutic groups of chickens were medicated for 5 (successive) days via drinking water of timulin fumarate 312.5 mg/L, 468 mg/L, 625 mg/L and tylosin tartrate of 500 mg/L, respectively. The other group was unmedicated as infected control.There were significant differences (P<0.01) in curative rate, the gain each day, the feed conversion and the mean lesion scores in medicated groups comparing with the infective control group. The average gain in body weigh per day in the high dosage group of timulin fumarate was higher than that in the low dosage group((P<0.05)), and was very different from the other groups(P<0.01). The feed conversion in the high dosage of timulin fumarate was very different from that in the other groups with P<0.01. The feed conversion ratio in tylosin tartrate group was very different from that in the other groups (P<0.01)except the low dosage group. The experiment showed that the high dosage group of timulin fumarate could decrease the mean lesion scores and increase the feed conversion rate.
