摘要 综述了微滤和超滤技术在中药提取及纯化中的应用进展,如提取中药有效成分、制备中药注射剂、制 备中药口服液、制备中药浸膏等;分析其工艺优点、存在的问题和解决的对策,并指出其发展前景。 Based on the comparison with conventional technology of separation and extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, membrane separation technology exhibited outstanding advantage of high efficiency, simple operation, low energy consumption and environmentally- benignancy. the status of microfiltration and ultrafiltration applications in extraction of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed, including extraction of the effective components, preparation of injection, oral liquid and liquid extract, etc. In addition, merits and demerits of the separation technology, and some possible ways to overcome the demerits of membrane separation were discussed. The future study was also pointed out for separation operation.
