摘要
对天然气浅冷装置进行改造和优化运行,提高了轻烃收率,减少了储运过程中轻烃的损耗,合理有效地回收了能量。经测算,装置改造后夏季和冬季轻烃增加量分别为10.8 t/d和7.68 t/d。同时,装置改造中增加的放空气体回收线,既减少了因放空而造成的轻烃损耗,又使得外输轻烃更加稳定,中转库内液烃的温度更容易控制。
The efficiency - improving renovation and optimized operation of natural gas shallow cooling installation, raises the yield of light hydrocarbon, deducts the transportation loss of light hydrocarbon, and efficiently recovers energy. As measured, the daily light hydrocarbon production increases are as 10. 83 tons and 7. 68 tons for summer and winter, respectively. In addition, new mounted vent recycle - line in the renovated installation reduces the light hydrocarbon loss through venting, and stabilizes the light hydrocarbon exportation, and makes the temperature of the liquid hydrocarbon easier to control in the intermediate storages.
