摘要
本文在分析粮食综合生产能力的内涵的基础上 ,认为粮食综合生产能力是粮食安全的基础 ,强调要正确估计我国粮食生产面临的制约因素 ,进而提出了提高我国粮食综合生产能力的重要措施。
A definition of CCGP is given in the paper, which is supposed to comprise an important foundation of food security in the country. It is necessary to estimate correctly the four main constraints in grain production in China, and then a strategy can be worked out to enhance China’s capability to ensure the level of food security
