摘要 简要回顾了周期轧管工艺技术的发展过程,分析了该工艺生产热轧无缝钢管的优势与劣势。提出通过现代技术改进和创新,可使周期轧管这一古老而又具有显著工艺特点的热轧无缝钢管生产方法焕发青春活力。 The development of the pilger pipe mill technology is reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages concerning this hot-rolled seamless steel tube-making process is analyzed. It is emphasized that the pilger mill process as so an old and technologically unique tube-making approach could be revived by means of the state-of-art technical improvement and creation.
