高校图书馆与系资料室双轨发展的必要性

图书馆与资料室是构成高校文献情报系统的两大主要组成部分 ,虽然两者都具有文献传递和服务的功能 ,但由于二者的服务对象、目的不同 ,造成了其功能上的差异 ,必须充分认识到这种差异 ,看到其共性和个性 ,才能更好的发挥资源优势 ,因地制宜 ,实现资源优势的互补 ,更好的为教学服务。

Library and reference room are two parts that compose universities and colleges document and information system.The two both have the function of document transferring and service,but their differences in service object and purpose result in their difference in functions,which should be recognized fully.See their commonness and individuality to exert the advantages of resource better,adjust measures to local conditions,realize resource advantages complementarity and service teaching better.
