浅议作者署名权

署名权是受法律保护的一项重要的著作人身权 ,具有不可转让性、永久性和不可剥夺等特点。本文对作者以何种方式署名、合作作者署名、署名权的限制、署名权产生的时间等 6个问题作了重点阐述 ,同时又提出了值得深思的 5个问题。

The authorship Right is an important personal right to author and is protected by law,with characteristic of non negotiability,perpetuity and irrevocability.The six problems,such as signing manner co author,sign restriction and produced time of authorship right,are discussed in this paper.The author puts forward five meaningful issues at the same time.
