摘要
二十一世纪,中国陷入了高投资、高能耗、高污染、低产出、低效益的"三高两低"的恶性循环。企业作为从事生产经营活动的主体,也是引发环境问题的主要源头,在环境改善上责无旁贷。入世后,更加严峻的绿色壁垒使企业认识到要想改善环境,提升企业在国际市场的竞争力,必须改进生产工艺,生产绿色产品,实施绿色竞争力战略。本文认为打造中国企业的绿色竞争力,应该确定环境战略的定位,用精益思想改造企业的生产流程,积极参与国际环境标准的制定,应对绿色壁垒,同时政府应起到引导、扶持的作用。
In the 21st century, China falls into a vicious circle of “three high, two low”—high investment, high consumption of energy, high pollution, low output, low benefit. Enterprise, which is the main part of production and fountainhead of environment problems, should take the main responsibility of environment improvement. After entering into WTO, more and more severe green barriers make Chinese enterprise realize that in order to improve environment condition and promote competitiveness in the international market, enterprise should reform production process, supply green products and carry out green competitiveness. This article suggests that building green competitiveness should fix the position of environment strategy, use the principle of lean thinking to reform production process, and take an active part in the activities of formulating international environmental standardization to deal with green barriers. In addition, government should lead and support enterprises to achieve green competitiveness.
