摘要
目的 :研究养阴药物血清对内毒素诱导的血管内皮细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :用低浓度LPS诱导ECV30 4 凋亡 ,用中药血清与之作用 ,采用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果 :养阴药物血清可以明显抑制血管内皮的凋亡。同模型组比较有统计学意义。结论 :养阴药物血清可明显拮抗内毒素诱导的血管内皮细胞的凋亡。
Objective :To study the effect of serum on ECV 304 injuried by lipopoiysaccharide(LPS). Methods :Use low consistency LPS to induce the apoptosis of ECV 304 and serum of Chinese medicine to affect on it.Flow cytometer is used to evaluate the apoptosis of cells. Result :Nourishing yin medicine serum can distinctly anti apoptosis of ECV 304 .
