摘要
目的 :探讨健胃胶囊治疗消化不良的作用机制。方法 :观察健胃胶囊对正常小鼠胃排空、小肠推进活动以及吗啡所致胃排空抑制、小肠推进活动抑制的影响。结果 :健胃胶囊能降低胃内甲基橙残留率 ,提高小肠炭末推进率 (与空白对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;健胃胶囊组小鼠注射盐酸吗啡后的甲基橙残留率低于模型组 ,小肠炭末推进率高于模型组 (与模型组比较 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :健胃胶囊有较明显促进胃肠动力的作用 ,且存在剂量依从关系。
Objective :To study the pharmacodynamic effect of Jianwei capsule. Methods :To investigate the effect of Jianwei capsule on gastric emptying of methl orange and intestine propulsion in normal mice and Morphine hypodermic injectioned mice. Results :It showed a marked decrease of the gastric residual rate of methl orange and increase of the percentage of intestinal charcoal powder removal in both normal mice and Morphine hypodermic. Conclusion: Jianwei capsule could promote the gastric emptying and intestine propulsion
