摘要 现已知全球藻类3万余种,其中微藻约占70%。阐述了微藻的国内外研究发展概况,重点探讨了4种主要的可利用微藻螺旋藻、小球藻、杜氏藻和红球藻的分布、繁殖方式和生态条件,分析了微藻的应用价值,介绍了微藻的分子遗传学的研究概况。 The authors discussed the development of microalgae at home and abroad.So far,the number of the alage known all over the world was more than 30000,70% of which was microalgae,and emphatically probed the distribution,the reproduction pattern and the ecological conditions of four kind mainly available microalgae e.g, Spirulina,Chlorella,Dunaliella and Haematococcus ,and analyzed the application value of microalgae from the following five aspects:foodstuff nutriment,medicine field,feedstuff,beautification and cosmetics,purification of waste water and environmental protection.In addition,the molecular genetics study of microalgae introduced briefly.
