摘要
同步相量测量技术可对广域分布电力系统的电气量进行实时测量,为大型电力系统的安全分析和稳定控制提供了新的契机。卫星授时、电力通信网络和数字信号处理技术的快速发展为同步相量测量技术的应用提供了必要的基础。文章介绍了以同步相量测量技术为基础的广域测量系统(WAMS)的发展概况,在体系结构、相量测量单元(PMU)分布、通信通道的选择、中心站功能设计等方面进行了分析。在回顾目前国内外WAMS工程应用情况的基础上,集中介绍了WAMS现有的在线监测、分析与控制功能,并展望了WAMS在未来电力系统闭环控制中的应用前景。
Synchronized phasor measurements technology can be used to measure the electrical quantities in wide area distributed power system, and a new way is provided for the security analysis and stability control in large-scale power system. The rapid development of satellite navigation, power communication network and digital signal processing technique laid the necessary foundation for the application of synchronous phasor measurement technology. The general development situation of wide area measurement system (WAMS) based on synchronous phasor measurement technology is presented and its architecture, distribution of phasor measurement units (PMU), selection of communication channels and the functional design of its central-station are analyzed. Reviewing the engineering practice of WAMS home and abroad, the existing functions of WAMS, such as on-line monitoring, analysis and control are emphatically described, and the application of WAMS to the closed-loop control of power system in the future is prospected.
