将先进的科学技术引入工程建设管理而开发的水利水电工程建设管理信息系统,目的在于实现工程建设管理的网络化、自动化、规范化。系统结构由账户管理模块、输入模块、数据处理模块、查询输出模块和数据库组成。通过独特的技术,实现工程建设管理所有实施信息汇总或统计自动化,包括招标情况、验收情况、投资控制、进度控制、质量评定、收发信息、信息分类、合同管理、质量监督情况汇总等自动化。
The development of the hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering construction management system is aimed at the automatization, standardization and application of network for the project construction management by the application of the advanced technology. The system is composed of the account management module, input module, dada processing module, output inquiry module, and data base. The automatization of the collection and statistics for all the information of the ongoing project construction management is realized, including the automatization of bidding, check and acceptance, investment control, process control, quality assessment, information collection and dissemination, information classification, contract management, and quality supervision etc.
