摘要
以离心式卸料为例,以单一颗粒为研究对象,分析料斗内物料受力情况;借助于计算机确定物料颗粒受力平衡临界点,得到料斗内物料颗粒开始相对滑动时的料斗相位角;推导颗粒运动微分方程并求解,从而确定卸料时物料颗粒脱离料斗边缘时的料斗相位角。用VC6.0编程求取微分方程数值解,并描绘抛料曲线,以便显示物料的卸料轨迹,为设计机头卸料罩壳提供有力的理论依据。最后,给出了绘制粮食颗粒的卸料轨迹曲线的应用程序及图形。
Taking the centrifugal discharging of the bucket elevator as an example, and regarding a single particle as an object of study, this paper analyzes the force actions received by the stock in a bucket, determines the critical point for the equilibrium of the forces received by the particle with the aid of a computer, and obtains the phase angle where the particle starts its relative sliding motion in the bucket. It also derives and solves the differential equation expressing the sliding motion of the particle, and hence ascertains the phase angle where the particle is about to leave the edge of the bucket during discharging. By means of programming in VC++6.0, it works out the numerical solution to the differential equation mentioned above, and draws the parabolic curve to display the discharging path line of the stock with an aim to provide a strong theoretical basis for designing the head hood of the bucket elevator. Finally it provides the application program and the parabolic curve of the discharging path line of the particle.
