摘要
根据我国香蕉资源丰富而其各部分利用不够充分的情况,并结合国内外研究现状,从香蕉的皮、茎叶几个方面阐述了香蕉资源饲料化的研究进展。
In accordance of the actual conditions that the rich banana resources in China haven't been fully utilized, and in the light of present research status in this respect both at home and abroad, this paper introduces the research advancement in utilizing banana resources as animal feedstuffs from the points of view of the utilization of banana skin, leaves and stem.
