青年学生与青年学生工作者的“代沟”到底有多深?对制约高校共青团工作发展因素的调查与思考

The Generation Gap between Young Students and Student Workers: Factor Inhibiting the Development of CYL's Work in HEIs

对河北省10所不同类型高校近3000名青年学生和青年工作者思想认识情况的对比调查表明,目前高校青年学生和青年学生工作者的思想主流的基本面良好,在政治、经济、道德、价值等诸多领域存在着广泛共同交流、沟通的基础;但二者在伦理价值、流行时尚、私域生活上的认知差异,尤其是青年学生对青年学生工作者的整体评价偏低,也同时表明制约高校共青团工作实效的“代沟”的存在;实现二者“代沟”的跨越,必须完善高校基层团组织的建设与团干部的培养机制,更新工作理念,改进工作方法、方式。

A comparison of nearly 3000 young students and student workers in ten different types of HEIs in Hebei Provine indicates that the thinking mainstream of present - day young students and student workers is basically good, and both of them have the basis of mutual exchange and communication in many fields such as politics, economy, ethics, values, etc. However, there exists the generation gap between them both in terms of working methods, ideological understanding, etc., which may influence and inhibit the practical effects of CYL' s work in HEIs. Therefore, we must perfect the mechanism of League building and League cadre training in HEIs, update work concepts, and improve working mechods, so as to realize a leap over the generation gap between both of them.
