社会性别意识,作为现代意识的重要组成,将对未来社会男女两性的发展与和谐社会的进步产生重要影响。学校课堂的课程、环境、活动层面,是宣传现代的性别意识,系统传播科学的女性观念,造就社会平等性别意识的主要渠道。高等师范院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,师范院校学生的性别意识、态度和角色定位,不仅关系到他们自身未来的平等参与和发展;而且与他们正确性别意识相关的未来的教师职业生涯,还将直接影响到成千上万的未成年人的综合素质发展。

As an improtant component of modern consciousness, social gender consciousness has a major influence on the development of both the male and female genders and the progress of harmonious society. The classrooms of schools are main channels for publicizing modern gender consciousness, spreading the scientific concepts of the female gender, and enhancing equal social gender consciousness. As for normal colleges and universities in our country, they constitute the essential part of higher education, and their students' gender consciousness, attitude and role positioning bear on the students' equal participation and development in the future. Particularly, the students' future calling of teachers related to their correct gender consciousness will have a direct bearing on the development of the overall qualities of thousands upon thousands of minors.
