On the Enterprise Group's Financial Risks and Their Precautions

在市场经济条件下,法人治理结构不完善,集团公司负债“杠杆”的负效应,外部环境变化及政策因素的非常调整,共同决定着企业集团财务风险存在的必然性;并表现为结构性、融资性、投资性、信用性、行政性等主要类型财务风险;健全完善企业集团的法人治理结构,建立、健全内部控制机制,加强财务管理制度,针对若干敏感性财务风险指标的不同变化值,多作事前预测分析,可以卓有成效地防范和化解财务风险的发生。

The present paper points out the certainty of the existence of the enterprise group's financial risks. At the same time, it analyses the main types of the financial risks, i. e. the risks of structure, financing, investment, credit, administration and distribution. The author of this paper holds that we must improve the structure of the legal person' s administration, establish a perfect internal control mechanism, and make more predictive analysis beforhand to strengthen the financial management system. Only by taking these measures, can we guard against and reduce financial risks in the enterprise group.
