在恶劣的电磁环境下,为了提高弱信号的测量精度,必须注意信号输入通道的每一个环节,包括传感器末端、传感信号的传输通道、信号调理、模/数转换等.介绍了某型产品中温度测量的几个具体问题,分析了温度的测量电磁兼容能力以及由此引起的测量误差.
In order to get high precision of measurement under atrocious electromagnetic field, every part of the signal channel, such as terminal sensor, transmission way, signal condition and A/D converting, must be paid much attention to. Some material problems in a circuit are put forward, with the measuring error and capability for anti-interference analyzed.
