The mastery of vocabulary plays a key role in the whole process of the second language acquisition and is of critical importance to the second language learners.The present article is intended to enquire such English vocabulary learning strategies as semantic net,chunks and incidental acquisition to help the students raise awareness about vocabulary learning strategy and improve their vocabulary knowledge to provide the basis of the students' integrating skills and communicative competence.
