摘要
本文从教师专业发展的界定,分析教师专业发展的实践取向入手,结合教师成长的实践积极探索教师专业发展的内在机制。
This essay probes into the internal mechanism of professional of teachers' development from the definition of the teachers' professional development,and from the analysis of the practice orientation of professional of teachers' development combined with the practice of teachers' growth.
