铜基体上Ni—Nb合金层和铁基合金激光非晶化研究

摘要 用连续CO_2激光器快速扫描,使铜基体上的Ni—Nb合金层和铁基合金的表面,形成了完全的非晶态。探讨了合金结构等因素对激光形成这两种非晶态的影响,还讨论了形成非晶态的各种因素之间的关系。 The fully amorphous states were obtainded by CW CO_2 laser to scan the al-loy surface of Fe-based alloy and Ni—Nb alloy coating on Cu-based. The effects of structure of two kinds alloys on laser-formed amorphous were discussed. The realation ships among some factors forming amorphous state were investigated.
