舒络粉针对小鼠脑缺血再灌注的影响

Effect of Shuluo Injection on Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion in Mice

目的 观察舒络粉针对缺血再灌后小鼠脑含水量、脑指数及脑组织内LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、NOS(一氧化氮合酶)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活力的影响。方法 建立小鼠脑缺血再灌注模型。分离小鼠双侧颈总动脉,通过丝线的牵拉阻断血流供应,松开丝线进行缺血再灌,重复3次后,取脑,测定指标。结果 舒络粉针可降低缺血再灌后小鼠脑含水量和脑指数,降低脑组织内LDH和NOS 的活力,高剂量组与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 舒络粉针可缓解缺血再灌所导致的脑水肿;降低LDH 的升高,从而减少缺血再灌后脑细胞的死亡;降低NOS活力,减少NOS对细胞的损伤作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shuluo Injection on cerebral water volume,cerebral index ,LDH,NOS and SOD in the brain.Methods The model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice is set up by separating the bilateral common carotid artery (CCA) of the mice,blocking the blood stream by straining the thread and by reperfusion loosing the thread. After 3 times of ischemia-reperfusion,brain samples were prepared to observe the cerebral injury. Results High-dose Shuluo Injection significantly reduced the cerebral water volume and decreased the cerebral index and the activity of LDH and NOS(P < 0.05 compared with the models).Conclusion Shuluo Injection can reduce the cerebral edema and decrease the high-level LDH and NOS induced by ischemia-reperfusion,which can reduce the cell death and NOS-induced cell damage.
