中小企业是我国国民经济不断发展壮大的重要力量 ,也与广大人民群众的生活密切相关。随着经济体制改革的深化 ,中小企业面临的困难和问题也逐渐显露出来。本文从宏观的角度分析了造成困难的原因 ,从外部政策、内部管理和企业相互关系三个层面 。

The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the improvement of the living conditions.With further reforms in economic system,the above enterprises are facing more and more problems.The article mainly focuses on solutions from a macroscopic point of view,i.e. from the external environment,inner management, and interrelations between enterprises respectively.
