This paper discusses the function of librarises in institutions of higher learning in the education for all-round development . Leaders and staff in the librarise should heighten their consciousness of participation in the education for all-round development. They should also improve both the facilities and serice of libraries to provide wide and up-to-date information for the student and to help them to develop in an all-round way.
