随着外商直接投资的高速流入 ,许多学者批评起外资的负面效应 ,如技术含量偏低、技术扩散效应不显著等。本文分析了各阶段中国外商直接投资对我国经济产生的效应 ,并认为 。
With rapid growth of FDI inflow, some scholars argue its side effects, such as its low technological composition and technological spill-over effect. In this paper, I discuss the impact of FDI inflow on China's economic development. I conclude that the impact has changed from aggregate growth effect to industrial upgrading effect and technological spill-over effect.
