浅析现阶段法治政府的建设

Analyze Simply the Construction to Government of Law under Present Situation

本文从“有法可依 ,有法必依 ,执法必严 ,违法必究”的角度分析了我国依法行政、建设法治政府的现状 ,提出了目前法治政府的建设要从四个方面来着手 :一是加强法律制度的建设 ,切实做到有法可依 ;二是加强政府信用的建设 ,做到有法必依 ;三是重理我国执法制度 ,构筑严格执法体系 ;四是实行司法改革 ,强化司法独立 。

This paper analyzed the present situation of administration according to law and of construction to government of law from the point of view that there are laws to abide by, the laws are strictly observed, enforcement of law must be strict and law breakers must be dealt with in our country. Suggested that the construction to government of law should be set out according to the following four aspects: the first is to strengthen the construction to legal system so that there are laws to abide by conscientiously. The second is to strengthen the construction to governmental credit so that the laws are strictly observed. The third is to readjust the institution of enforcing the law so that the system of enforcement of law must be strict. The fourth is to implement the reform of judicature and to strengthen the independence of judicature so that law breakers must be dealt with really.
