摘要
次研究是运用制度经济学中的制度变迁理论分析高校就业制度安排以及该制度结构中密切相关的户籍制度、人事制度安排的变迁。解释了“统包统分”到“自主择业”的高校就业制度变迁的动力问题 ,分析了路径依赖造成的户籍制度变迁的障碍问题 。
On the basis of the Institutional Change Theory, this paper analyzes the change ofarrangement in employment obtaining and the closely related changes in household registersystem and personnel system. It also explains the motive force of institutional change , from“unified distribution 'to “self-oriented job-seeking'. Meanwhile it illustrates the barrier causedby the path dependence in the household register system and the influence of induced institutional change on the arrangement of personnel system.
