Talking About Political Civilization and Public Power

党的十六大报告 ,对政治文明作了详细的论述。党的领导、人民当家做主和依法治国是我国政治文明建设的三大支柱。其中人民当家做主是我国政治文明建设的价值内核 ,是社会主义民主政治的本质要求。人民当家做主直接体现在对公民的权利和自由的确立与保护 ,而公共权力的滥用则是对公民权利的最大威胁。因此 ,要实现政治文明就必须加强对国家权力的制约 。

In the sixteenth conference of the Communist Party of China, political civilization was fully discussed. Leadership of party the master of people own affairs and run the country according to the law are the three important pillars.But, the master of people own affairs is the inner content of political civilization and it directly reflects the establishment and protection of citizen right and freedom . However ,alienation of power is the greatest threat to the right of citizen . So in order to achieve political civilization ,we have to restrict the public power to protect the right and freedom of citizen.
